We manage service delivery from our regional offices as outlined above. Each region is led by a Regional Director (RD) who is fully accountable for their region, specifically:

  • Customer engagement
  • Service/ equipment and material storage

We address a fundamental requirement to manage commercial and regulatory property risk through the delivery of bespoke tech-enabled winter service solutions, backing this up with our unique indemnity guarantee. In other words, we're so convinced of our winter gritting capability, that should someone have a fall, slip or trip whilst we're looking after your site's safety in the winter, we'll be able to prove that you're not liable and that your duty of care has been taken care of.

Our local teams are on standby 24/7 delivering winter maintenance services across the UK, ensuring you have met your duty of care, managed your commercial and regulatory property risk and importantly are safe, open and operational irrespective of the weather. In 2018/19, we delivered more than 200,000 individual service visits to properties and sites across Great Britain and Northern Ireland. (Winter Service accounts for more than 80% of our turnover).
